Before & After
Most of these jobs start with the leftovers of a previous tenant or years of weather — anchor holes, ghost signage, stained masonry. Drag any image to compare.
Before After Brick Fascia — Sign Removal & Refacing
Bank facade, Bentonville-area location
Old branded signage left bolt-holes and dark ghosting across the brick. We removed remaining hardware, patched, color-matched and refaced the fascia.
Before After Cut-Stone Monument Wall Repair
Multi-family property, Dallas-area
Bolt damage, missing cap stones and overspray on a cut-stone perimeter wall. Restoration included stone replacement, repointing and stain removal.
Before After Metal Fascia — Pharmacy Rebrand
Retail center, OK
Removed secondary signage and ATM panel, patched anchor points, and refinished metal fascia so the remaining brand reads clean against the sky.
Before After Precast Concrete Panel — Sign Ghost Removal
Class A office, Texas
Years of sign adhesive and weather-staining had ghosted the previous tenant's name across the precast. We cleaned, prepped and recoated the panel.
Before
After EIFS Fascia — Bank Rebrand
Commercial State Bank, West Texas
Removed mounted bank lettering, repaired EIFS substrate, repainted the parapet band and detail trim.
Before
After Stucco Fascia — Storefront Refresh
Retail strip center, North Texas
Sun-faded fascia with previous-tenant sign ghosting, patched, fully repainted to a uniform finish ahead of the new tenant build-out.
Before
After Precast Stone Monument Sign
Corporate campus, DFW
Heavy efflorescence and weather staining had obscured the address monument. We cleaned, sealed and restored a uniform finish.
Completed Work
Parking decks, expansion joints, EIFS and structural concrete.
The Details
