Bank facade, Bentonville-area location
Previous branded signage left open conduit penetrations and environmental soiling behind the letters. We removed the soiling and restored the facade to like-new condition.

Multi-family property, Dallas-area
Anchor damage, mortar deterioration and paint overspray are ailments common to many masonry monument signs. Our team restored this monument by repairing the anchor holes and tuckpointing all deficient joinery. Minor chemical stripping was required to revive the structure.

Removed secondary signage and refinished the existing metal panels, leaving a clean canvas for future tenant signage.

Years of tenant turnover and environmental staining had diminished the panel's appearance. We repaired all previous signage-related damage and applied a new elastomeric coating.

Removed the mounted bank lettering, repaired the EIFS substrate and repainted the area to match the existing color.

Sun-faded fascia with previous-tenant sign ghosting, patched, fully repainted to a uniform finish ahead of the new tenant build-out.

Sun-faded fascia and staining from previous signage had dulled the monument. We cleaned it, patched all the anchor holes and applied an elastomeric coating to prevent future deterioration.
